The Warrior Workout - Program Components

The Warrior Workout Playbook is a compilation of experiential exercises designed to offer you a means by which you can get to know how your mind works. It offers a new perspective on the workings of your Mental and Emotional Bodies and a way to notice and consequently end self judgment and resistance. In the Playbook there are questions to answer, thoughts to reflect upon, and ceremonial exercises to perform all put together with the intent of increasing self knowledge, understanding and awareness.
